It is said that 80% of your result depends on the 20% of your dedication and work.
This is Pareto principle, aka 80/20 principle.
If you focus your attention on the activities that rank in the top 20% in terms of importance or priorities then you’ll have 80% return in your effort.
Similarly, 80% of your profit in any business organization is brought by 20% of your plans.
And 80% of the sales is brought by 20% of your customers.
If this works then the challenge is to figure out that top 20% of our priorities, top 20% of our customers, top 20% of our plans and projects.
