Being present means being both physically and mentally present. We are physically present most of the time but our mind is busy with something else or somewhere else.
When we control our mind and make it fully present where the body is then things start to change. We see the true beauty of being present. We see happiness, patience, tranquility, love, compassion and fulfillment all around us.
We see openness which gives us the hope that there is no barrier in our way which in result gives us the courage to move forward.
So, being present both physically and mentally worth it.
