Fear is more crippling than the actual consequences. We fear mostly for the future as we don’t clearly see the consequences.
Fear has become one of the downgrading factors of our life and postponing our work because of fear of not getting it right has always affected most of the people.
The important truth about fear is that we don’t fear for the future but we fear for the consequences that our work might bring in future. This fear of the consequences always pulls us down and makes us to postpone or even ignore the situation or work.
One of the way I have found to fear less is to take any situation/work as an experiment.
