We hear too often to be positive about everything we encounter. “Be Positive!” Affirm you’re great so that you become one. Feel confident so that you become confident. Force yourself to be happy so that you can be happy.
Do they really work?
According to my understanding and experience, they all are bullshit. Being positive is wrong….
For the sake of being optimistic we’re being too optimistic by ignoring the real situations and true “self”. This is making our “self” unhappy all the time.
When we force our-self to be positive all the time we deny the real existence of the problem, we deny to cope with it, we ignore the failure. And ignoring the failure is massive failure because we’re supposed to learn from it not to ignore it.
Does this mean being positive is wrong?
